Part of the re-launch of Daviess County Bourbons in 2020, the Cabernet Sauvignon Finished Bourbon is one of three limited edition variants released. In this case, the base blend of wheated and ryed mashbills and 6 month finishing really works well, softening and sweetening the bourbon and yielding a rich, velvety mouthfeel.
