The Guinaudeau family has been growing vines at Grand Village since the 17th century. This wine, a blend of 74% Sauvignon Blanc and 26% Smillon, was harvested by hand and forged in 50% stainless steel, 30% second-vintage barrels and 20% new barrels before the finished wine spent eight months in oak. Expect a harmonious, floral wine with a long, elegant finish.
