“Grande Rserve” is an exceptional beer fermented in Brandy barrels. The beer enjoys a triple fermentation and a long maturation in barrel. Grande Rserve is not filtered or pasteurized.

This year the Grande Rserve fermented on wooden Brandy barrels surprises us with a rich combination of flavors. On first encounter, aromas of ripe dried fruits such as raisins and dates bring a warm invitation to the nose mixed with a subtle hint of caramel.

On the palate, the velvety texture of caramel and dried fruit is blended with toasted hazelnut. The presence of tannins adds a pleasing structure, while a touch of bitterness perfectly balances the alcohol. A warming finish remains, inviting further experience.
