Producer Description

In 2011, the Che9ty family decided to convert Che2teau Haut-Colombier into organic farming. The goal was to improve the quality of the wine while respecting the vineyard and the terroir. Olivier and Emmanuel, the two brothers who manage the property, didn’t make that decision based on the organic trend, it’s a long term project that requires energy, hard work and focus.
