Inter-Val
This chenin blanc is a blend of two of Bonnezeaux’s top sites, including the particularly elusive Vielle Vigne. It is rich and ripe, yet powerfully mineral. It’s the most deeply textured (and rare) wine in Bonnezeaux’s lineup. Considering the whites that Pierre Boisseaux and La Meslet produce, that’s saying something.
