The Blanc de Blancs is made with their best parcels on the south slopes of Epernay. This is a perfect representation of the purity and energy coming from this area and the complexity of old vine Chardonnay.

• 100% Chardonnay (50% 2016, 50% 2014-15 reserve wine)
• 50% of reserve wines from previous vintages aged in barrels on lees
• Dosage 0g/l
• 30-40+ year old vines
• Alcoholic fermentation in foudres and barrels
• Malolactic fermentation partially made (20%)
• Aging on lees for 6 months.

The NV Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs is wonderfully precise and nuanced, sourced from the southern slopes of pernay and the Cte des Blancs. Crushed rocks, lemon peel, mint, white pepper and bright saline notes all run through this super-expressive, taut Blanc de Blancs. This is classic Laherte. No dosage.
