Cardinal Spirits partnered with their friend Perry Ford to uncover these rare barrels from a special research project that had been put on hold for years. Perry’s extensive 40+ years of experience in the bourbon world helped them to find this one-of-a-kind mash bill, finally making its way into the wild.

On the palate, there are flavors of caramel, cinnamon, and nutmeg, with a hint of honey sweetness.

The finish is long and warming, with a subtle touch of oak and a pleasant lingering sweetness.

This bourbon is made with a unique mash bill of 75% Crimson Red Corn, 21% Rye, and 4% Barley, and was aged in char four white oak barrels before being finished in port barrels.
