Lodi is Zinfandel country. It’s home to some of the finest premium examples and possesses some of the oldest Zin vines in California. This wine has ripe, focused cherry and strawberry fruit, with mocha, spice and underlying vanilla and oak. The acidity is well-balanced and integrated, the finish long and complex. Pair it with braised short ribs, or a burger topped with mushrooms.
