Funky bubbly blend of Pinot Noir and Riesling from the aptly named Damsteep Vineyard in North Canterbury. Grapes were hand harvested and fermented with vineyard derived yeast and bottled while fermenting, during last autumn. Aged on lees through winter, disgorged in spring. No additions including no sulphur.
