This fragrant, crisp and fresh wine is drawn from the younger Sangiovese and Merlot grapes grown in the Ricasoli Estate and made rather uniquely. The Merlot is made in a classic rose style, then blended with the Sangiovese which was vinified as white wine, without any skin contact. A delicate rose petal colour, subtle with notes of rosehip, violet and cherry, bright, sappy acidity and a refreshing finish.
