The 2015 Extra Brut Riserva Quintessence is smoky in the glass, slowly evolving with nuances of young peach, ground ginger and the slightest hint of vanilla bean. This washes across the palate, displaying a pretty inner sweetness that combines with vibrant acidity and notes of ripe melon to create a sense of balanced opulence. The 2015 lingers incredibly long and potent, yet harmonious, mixing nectarine with candied lime and confectionary spice. This is stunning, to say the least.
