The second entry in Admiral Rodneys Officers Release series, distilled in 2009 and finished in ex-Irish whiskey casks. The nose entices you with notes of clove, allspice, baked honey, prunes and raspberries. The palate is fruity and spicy, expertly combining cherry, blackcurrant, sweet chili and Asian spices with a hint of saltiness to finish.
