Part of Signatory’s all new ‘Small Batch’ series, this expression of Aberfeldy has been selected from a range of ex Oloroso sherry casks. There is a lovely combination of both light and dark fruits, with notes of peaches as well as sultanas, cherries and vibrant red fruits. This fruitiness is balanced with notes of cedar wood, cocoa powder and hints of waxiness.
