The long, cool growing season combined with the layers that come with extended hang time allowed for both whole cluster ferments and carbonic fermentation. Our 2023 SBC blend conveys 71% whole-cluster love (our highest percentage yet). Combining five clones planted in nine blocks from five vineyards, this is one dynamically-layered expression of Santa Barbara County love. 11 month levage in neutral french 220 and 500L puncheon.
