1757 Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry is a pale crystal yellow vermouth with a delicate Mediterranean herb and citrus peel nose, flowery notes, and a mildly spicy finish that is nicely balanced. The number 1757 was chosen as a nod to the Casa Cinzano’s founding year, when two brothers began making handcrafted items in their family shop, the bottega, and established a reputation for quality.

Only Italian wines are used in the Vermouth di Torino GI, which has a botanical bouquet that includes Artemesia (wormwood) from Piedmont. The original Gin Martini Cocktail calls for a fresh, dry, and mouth-warming gin. Fresh, dry, and mouth-warming on the palate. The Mediterranean herb is accompanied by subtle wine undertones.
