On the nose: fragrances of white flowers such as acacia or apple tree, tangerine, Corsican clementine and almonds from Provence.

The palate is silky with a slight chalky hint. Very nice expressions of citrus fruits such as lemon from Menton or apricot from Crete.

Serve at around 10 C with shrimp tapas with Espelette pepper, langoustines or lobsters flavored with gray or black pepper.
