Soils
Vineyards on Jurassic limestone hillsides, arid and dry. Rich in bauxite.

Grape varieties:
60% Grenache, 40% Syrah.

Vinification
100% destemming. Traditional vinification. Maceration 10-12 days between 25 and 30C.

Aging
Between 5 and 6 months in stainless steel vats.

Yield
50 hl/ha on average.

Drink within 3 years.
