Umenoyado Gin is a blend of juniper berries, coriander seeds, high-quality yuzu, lemon, and apple, and special sake brewed by Umenoyado. These are combined using a distillation method that fully brings out the flavor of the five types of botanicals and sake, as well as our traditional blending techniques, to create a special Japanese craft gin.
