From The Cradle features hops from our Aussie neighbours and garners its name from Cradle Mountain in Tasmania, one of the leading hop growing regions in Australia. Galaxy and Vic Secret lead the way with citrus and tropical fruit and are backed up by Eclipse to round out the hop profile with background notes of stone fruit and berry. As always we punch up the piney finish with Chinook and Columbus. Enjoy!
