A Sauvignon Blanc with complexity to burn and made from biodynamically farmed grapes in the Loire Valley, France. This plot of Sauvignon was planted in
1936 and is farmed using organic fertilisers. Fermentation in old oak barrels and maturation on fine lees for 12 months following lunar cycles both contribute to this wine’s extraordinary complexity. It was aged for two years after bottling and was unfined and unfiltered.

This special layered and complex Sauvignon Blanc can age for up to a decade in cool cellar conditions.
