The XPA style is designed to showcase hops while Brut styles produce a dry beer with little or no malt character. With Bone Dry Brut XPA we combine both these styles to produce a beer which is lighter in colour than a pale ale and very dry, which allows the hops to shine through. This brew uses Nectaron hops which bring intense tropical fruit and citrus aroma.
