The real kicker with collabs is learning new things. For this beer with Cornwell based Verdant Brewing we chose classic Kiwi hops – big additions of Nelson Sauvin, mojito-like Motueka, tropical Moutere and a smooth bitterness from the piney Waimea.

Then we applied the Verdant-way-of-doing-things including using their renowned yeast – a highly versatile strain with more body than typical IPA yeasts. The best of both worlds in this super juicy Hazy IPA.
