If the sky is clear and cool, and youre very lucky, you might witness a sundog: apparitions that accompany the true sun, an atmospheric trick of light and ice. Our own Sundog, a pilsner starring the vivid passionfruit and white wine notes of New Zealand hops, is much easier to find, but just as crisp and bright.
