Togouchi 9 Year Old Blended Japanese Whisky comes from the town of Togouchi and produced by Chugoku Jozo in underground tunnels. The Japanese brewery, Chugoku Jozo, islocated near Hiroshima. They have been producing sake, liqueurs, and the traditional Japanese spirit shochu since 1918.

This whisky is rather intense and pleasant on the nose with dispersing aromas of yellow fruits. The palate has sweet spices, with the appearance of fruity flavors of citrus. In the end, peat and smoke come nicely together.
