To mark 20 years since firing up the stills at Kilchoman, the team has opened the doors to the warehouses and hand-picked a set of standout casks. This 14-year-old, matured in five bourbon barrels from 2010, showcases Kilchomans balance of bright citrus, creamy sweetness, and gently aged peat smoke.

Taken from casks #403, #422, #498, #750 & #800, the bourbon influence brings structure and sweetness, giving space for the spirits natural vibrancy to shine through. It was bottled at 51.2% ABV without any colouring or chill-filtration. Master of Malt

Nose: Soft and mellow vanilla fudge, lemon peel, and warm caramel over a breeze of gentle peat smoke.

Palate: Sweet and creamy lashings of toffee and vanilla custard followed by lemon curd, malted biscuits and just a touch of salted smoke.

Finish: Warming and clean, with honeyed sweetness, zesty citrus, and a final flick of mellow Islay peat.
