This Pinot Grigio Riserva has a distinct and refined body due to part of the wine (60%) being fermented in small oak barrels. This captures a delicate presence of oak in the fruity notes of the grape variety. After fermentation, the wine remains in oak barrels and the wine fermented in steel (40%) is added back. Thus, obtaining a final product which has typical notes of vanilla and ripe fruit, but also holding a freshness and the aromas typical of Trentino Pinot Grigio.
