The Bereche & Fils Champagne Ay Grand Cru Millesime 2015 is an assemblage of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay from two individual plots located near the village of Ay, a Grand Cru in the Vallee de la Marne. Fermentation takes place on the lees in neutral French oak barrels and the ‘Prise de mousse’ occurs in bottles with natural cork sur-lattes for 78 months. Final dosage of 4 g/l making it an Extra Brut. An extraordinary, pure and territorial limited edition Champagne Millesime (3,706 bottles).

The 2015 Extra-Brut A Grand Cru captures all the richness of A and of this dry, sunny vintage. Racy and exuberant, the 2015 offers up an exciting mix of crushed red berry fruit, lemon confit, ginger, cinnamon and dried rose petals. The A is a blend pf Pinot Noir from Froide-Terre and Chardonnay from Brise-Pot, co-fermented, with the Chardonnay lending notable freshness. That is especially evident on the lively finish.
