The first triple-distilled peated single malt in a century, the Bill Phil is steeped in history. This is the bottle that launched W.D. OConnell back in November 2019, and its name has a family history reaching back to Daiths great-grandfather.

The Bill Phil is batched each year, and while each batch is different from the previous, every bottle has the distinct peated characteristics that Bill Phil fans love about this whiskey.

Matured exclusively in first-fill bourbon barrels, it is distinctly peated. Youll get fresh charcoal, a creamy texture, and rich malt & citrus flavours with a delicate smokey finish. You wont be disappointed.

Bottled at 47.5%, non chill filtered, no added color. Heavily peated 55ppm, with a balanced smoky flavour and sweet peat from the triple distillation.
