Tasting Notes

ThisPommard Clos des Epenots 1er Cru 2020 from Chteau de Meursaulthas a dark purple colour. The nose evokesfruit, the minerality of the terroir and thewoodinessof the ageing. A little aeration does it a lot of good to enjoy thisbeautiful aromatic bouquet. On the palate, we find the typicity of Pommard withpowerandconcentration. The tannins are present, without being aggressive. The palate is carried byred fruitswith abeautiful persistence. Ageing in the cellar for at least until 2024 is recommended to fully enjoy this wine.
