Mavrud grapes (indigenous Bulgarian grape variety), from a selected vineyard in the region of Elenovo. Intense red colour. Rich red fruit aroma, dry leaves, black chocolate and spices. Full-bodied and well-balanced; soft tannins. 12 months in bottle (classic French oak barrels) and Bulgarian oak barrels (500 l capacity). Red meat dishes, pasta, hard yellow cheeses.
