In the glass, light magenta colour with a crystalline amber hue. On the nose, a rich bouquet of blood orange, toast, soil tones and rose petals, seamlessly supported by woodland strawberry notes distinctly coming from the Pinot Noir. On the palate, a panoply of poached apricot, toasted brioche, clover honey, and crme de cassis float on the satin-like mousse, leading to a lingering finish.
