Our Crozes-Hermitage ‘Les Jalets’ originates from terraced vineyards in Les Chassis, named after the pebbles deposited by alpine glaciers, reminiscent of Chteauneuf-du-Pape.

Hand-picked at maturity, carefully sorted, and thenmeticulously vinified using traditional methods. Aged for for 12 months in truncated cone vats, French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. With aromas of black fruits and spices, with silky and refined tannins, this is a juicy, succulent 100% Syrah with peppery elegance that’s ready to drink.
