Bright ruby colour with fresh aromas of red and dark cherries, with notes of violets. The palate is fresh with ripe red berries, crisp acidity, soft tannins and a lingering finish.

The 2019 Gallarda del Itata Cinsault has low alcohol, a full degree less than the ros. They use the grapes from the top of the slope for this red, which has the austere presence of the granite soils in the texture. It has notes of cherries and some herbs and is harmonious and serious, with a long-lasting finish.
