The Taylor’s Historical series is a collection of specially blended, cask-aged Ports presented in exclusive bespoke bottles inspired by historic bottle molds. The Mallet is the third release in this limited edition series. It’s a delicious tawny, with opulent butterscotch, dried fruit, coffee and raisin notes, long spicy, warming and dense. The great acidity keeps it fresh. Enjoy it at the end of a meal with nuts or blue cheese, or pair it with a chocolate or nut-based dessert.

The bottle should be kept upright, protected from light and at a cool and constant temperature. The particular qualities of this wine allow it to be enjoyed over an extended period of time once opened, without losing its freshness and vibrancy. The optimum drinking time after opening the bottle is two months.
