If you’ve ever been to Chile, or neighboring countries (especially Peru) you’ve certainly has pisco; likely in a Pisco Sour.
Pisco is a grape spirit made mostly from Muscat grapes–so it tends to have a delicate floral and fruity nose. A Pisco Sour is made with lime, pisco, simple syrup and has a frothy top from egg white.
The Capel Sour is a premixed version (without egg white, which is fine) and is ready to serve over ice straight from the fridge. It has a lime and floral character and is tangy and quaffable.
