The Executioner is a blend of Shiraz 55%, Cabernet Sauvignon 43% and Viognier 2%. It’s produced from their premium vineyard and is their Flag Ship wine. This wine receives 2 years of barrel ageing and 1 year of bottle ageing prior to its release. The Executioner is a wine worth dying for, production is so small it’s a crime punishable by death.
