The creation of master blender Alex Thomas, The Sexton Single Malt Irishwhiskeyis made from 100% Irish malted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills. After, the liquid is aged in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks imparting a rich and fruity character. It comes in a rather eye-catching hexagonal bottle, too.

Nose:Rich aromas of nuts, marzipan and dark chocolate with a pinch of spice.

Palate:Dried fruit followed by honeycomb sweetness, apricots, lemon zest, prunes and oak spice.

Finish:Woody on the finish, with honeyed sweetness coming through.
