This sake is Junmai Daiginjo sake with innocuous flavour that does not add anything such as filtration and water addition after squeezing it. Junmai Daiginjoshu Muroka Mukasui means non-filtered sake with no water added after being pressed. It tastes pure and refreshing-fruity like young apple with the elegant sweetness of honey. With the use of our own self-cultured yeast to make this sake, this sake is produced through the low temperature fermentation for fourty days. The sake is bottled without any modification after being filtered and pasteurized.The sake is stored at -5 degrees. All the sake production procedures can be done so sensitively that it tastes very excellent.
