Notes of fresh fruit, likeMorello cherry, wild raspberry and spices.

The soil, very varied, is essentially made up of hard limestone from the garrigues, schist soils but also gravel brought by the rivers of Languedoc. The climate, hot and windy (“semi-arid Mediterranean climate with mild winter variations”) favours the ripening of the grapes and their good health, while keeping freshness thanks to the altitude and the effect of the sea, which mitigates the high summer temperatures. The bottle has a new rose-shaped bottom, created by a young designer from the Ecole Boulle. It’s a wine that offers itself like a bouquet of roses!

To be enjoyed between 15 and 16C with roasted or grilled meat, chicken tagine or matured cheeses.
