“Les Cazetiers”typically shows a dark purple colour. The bouquet is precise, stylish and intense. Black fruit aromas are mingled with a hint of toasted and spicy notes. It is both powerful and precise with fine and elegant tannins. Very long aftertaste. To be paired with a leg of lamb, braised ham or a matured cheese.

The aging potential of this wine indicates its best after 7 to 10 years, and more than 15 years for the great vintages.
