The grapes for this Sauvignon Blanc are sourced from La Escultura vineyard, located in Casablanca Valley, just 32 kilometers from the Pacific Ocean. Warm summer days, morning fog and fresh evening breezes that blow in from the coast, allow a gradual ripening process of the grapes that help preserve their aromas, flavors and acidity.

Appearance: Silver yellow in colour with greenish hues.

Nose: Dominant citrus characters, framed by subtle notes of jasmine and fresh herbs.

Palate: White peach and passion fruit flavours, with hints of lemon zest. A wine with great volume, creaminess and acidity.
