At Chteau Les Valentines we vinify fine and delicate ross as we like to drink them in all seasons, from aperitif to dessert. The terroir very regularly takes precedence over the grape varieties, the environment of scrubland and pine forest color our ross with aromas of fennel, anise and dry herbs.
