Our County Cuve Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of aging techniques from onesustainably farmedvineyard in Sonoma County’s Russian River Valley (80%) and anorganically farmed vineyardin Lake County (20%).The wine was aged for six months in 85% stainless steel barrels and tanks, and 15% once and twice used French oak barrels.
