Tesch Knigsschild 2020 Riesling is a youthful Nahe Riesling with floral and citrusy aromas on the nose with apple, pear, tropical fruits, allspice, petrol and mineral notes matched with lively acidity on the palate. Grapes for this vintage were sourced from the loamy and limestone soils on the south-facing slope on the Nahe. The Tesch winery in Langenlonsheim has been family-owned since 1723. Riesling Trocken food pairings: smoked pork hocks with sauerkraut, lox, cream cheese and baguette, grilled chicken dishes.
