The Tratturo Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo Rosatocomes from the Chieti province in the heart of Abruzzo. The grapes are grown in a vineyard with mostly clay soil and after harvest, the grapes go through a cold soak, then a gentle pressing before fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. In the glass, therosis a bright ruby red, with pronounced notes of morello cherry, violet and blossom notes. The wine is well structured, with a medium body and balanced fresh acidity. Perfect as an aperitif or savour it with a charcuterie board on a sunny patio!
