This experimental product goes by the name Phantasm, which is fitting since its basically ourphantasy. While still in its infancy, @phantasm.nz lets select breweries dabble in their rad science, andwere so pumped they consider us worthy. By harnessing the power of this powders mighty thiols, wesynergistically supercharged the already bountiful hops typical of the style.
The human sniffer is super sensitive to thiols, so by inviting them to the party at the activefermentation phase, we were able to crank the tropical notes to a veritable boom. We wouldnt go sofar as to call Phantasm performance-enhancing drugs for hops, but its like a performance-enhancingdrug for hops! Cheers, mates!
