Baglio Normanno Nero d’Avola is a radiant red from Sicily, with notes of cherry and plum on the nose; well balanced on the palate, with hints of red berries. Ideal with fried meat and fish. The 3-day cool maceration allows the extraction of colour and sweet and delicate tannins. After malolactic fermentation with temperature control, the wine is aged for 8 months, partly in French wood barrels. Then it is gently filtered and bottled.
