ThePuligny-Montrachet, made from 100% Chardonnay, is very expressive on the nose with white flowers, orange zest, and pineapple aromas. There is a saline mineral spine that runs throughout the wine which yo-yo’s back and forth on the palate making it drink long and lean. It has bright acidity and fresh tropical fruit balanced with its supreme Puligny-Montrachet tension. It is a classic style and an impressive representation of the terroir.
