Made from fruit harvested on old vines planted in the 1960s and was fermented down to barely fruity-styled levels of residual sugar. It displays a gorgeously refined and delicately aromatic nose of white peach, elderflower, almond cream, pink grapefruit, lime zest, thyme, herbs, and flintstone. The wine is tight and beautifully spicy on the palate, with intense citrusy and fresh fruits. The aftertaste is taut, hugely long, and spicy. 2034-2049
