Clay and Portlandian Limestone. Single 6 acres South-West oriented parcel,2.5 hectaresof young vines. This wine is made with the same level of care that the rest of the wines are. Yields are low. Fermentation is with indigenous yeast, then aged for 14 months in stainless steel before bottling.
